education is in primitive stage in pakistan, it requires attention at state level. precisely, higher education is a education for career progression. at global level, UK topped among the comity of global countunries to enroll the highest number of students in higher education on self finance basis. in the region front, India has taken higher number of students after their made in india project for the tech skills trianings. as far as pakistan's case; it has shown the highest number of admission in the digiskill in the year 2019 due to covid. higher education is a litmus test for the success of country. the core central issue behind the challenges faced at the higher education sector is due to no unifomity of educational sectors; public or private. thus, the need of hour is to empower HEC to play its privotal role in promuglation of higher education.
